What is the minimum order?

500 units for most skincare, 1,000 for sheet masks and sunscreen. Smaller trial runs are possible for library formulas, ask in your brief.

How much does a product cost?

At 500 units, filled unit costs start from about $2 for a toner or cleanser. The final price depends on your requirements: formula, container, decoration and quantity, each listed separately in your written quote.

Can I test samples first?

Yes. Lab samples ship within 10 to 14 days of the brief. Library samples are free for serious projects, custom samples carry a small development fee credited against your first order.

What are the payment terms?

A deposit when you place the order and the balance before shipment, by bank transfer in USD or KRW. Sample fees, if any, are credited against the first order.

Who owns the formula?

A custom formula developed for you is not offered to other brands. Library concentrates are shared bases, but your adjusted version, packaging and label are yours.

Is my project confidential?

Yes. We sign NDAs on request and never show one client's product to another.

Can I see the lab before I order?

Yes. Book a video walkthrough of the lab and the filling line with your manager, or visit us in Korea. Most brands start with the video call.
